Description

This repository contains the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Line-of-Sight (LOS) displacements we used to estimate coseismic slip distribution of earthquakes on the Sumatran Fault Zone: the 2007 Mw 6.3 and 6.4 Lake Singkarak doublet, the 2009 Mw 6.6 Dikit event, and the 2016 Mw 6.6 Pidie Jaya event. It also contains our estimated coseismic slip distributions and a file containing the coordinates for our newly mapped fault traces. - The coseismic slip distributions are contained in the files named “coseismic_slip_Figure*.grd”, for which the figure numbers correspond to the respective figure in the paper. These files are in GMT netCDF-4 format. Orientation parameters for the fault planes may be found in Table 2 of the paper. - The processed InSAR data are provided in the files named “downsampled_LOS_disp*.txt”. Information on methods and how the data were produced are available in the methodology section of the paper. Metadata (SAR sensor, track, path, frame and acquisition dates) are available in Table 1 in the main text. The processed data are provided in this format: longitude, latitude, unit vector in east direction, unit vector in north direction, unit vector in up direction, LOS displacement in cm. - The coordinates of newly mapped fault traces (as plotted in Figure 5 in the main text) are given in the file named “coordinates_new_mapped_linking_faults_figure_5.txt”. The format is: longitude, latitude.
