Biography
Dr Ranganath Vallabhajosyula has been intensively involved in teaching human anatomy in medical and healthcare education since 2001. He is an anatomist by training. He graduated from Manipal University, India in 2000 and received his doctoral degree from St. John’s Medical College, Bangalore, India in 2010 where he studied cytogenetics and parental origin effects on X chromosome anueploidies specifically in Turner and Klinefelter syndromes.
His academic interests include interactive imaging anatomy in early years of medical course, learning strategies, transferable skills and applications in anatomical teaching and training. He is currently exploring the encouragement of transferable skills of anatomical sciences in clinical years as a part of medical education research.
