Abstract

Surficial modification on electrocatalysts is pivotal to regulating the coordination environment of the active center. In this issue of Chem Catalysis, Chen and co-workers found that anchoring carboxylic (COO)-based organic ligands on Co3O4 together with doping rare-earth La atoms can improve the efficacy of ammonia electrosynthesis.
