Abstract
Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) as a special family of inorganic-organic hybrid nanobuilding blocks has attracted considerable interest. This review is intended to cover the more recent advances in both structure-property relationships of POSS-containing polymers and the applications of POSS in organic semiconductors.
