Abstract

This chapter provides up-to-date information about the prevalence, clinical features, etiology, and pathogenesis of four important heterogeneous groups of autoimmune blistering skin disorders - pemphigus, pemphigoid, dermatitis herpetiformis, and epidermolysis bullosa acquisita. It outlines current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to manage these devastating life-altering conditions.
