N2 - For the directional sound technology using loudspeaker array, digital filter is often used to compensate frequency response of each loudspeaker unit to get the same frequency response of each channel. Usually, compensation techniques are carried out in a full band, and their performance for each frequency bin are the same. However, for some situations, not all the frequency bins are needed to be compensated. Combined with multi-rate signal processing technique and filter optimal design methods, Frequency response compensation technology for specific frequency band is presented. Result of the experiment using the technique shows that, under the same filter order, the compensation performance of the specific frequency band has been greatly improved.
