Abstract
As stated in Chapter 1, hybrids of graphene or graphene related materials have formed a new group of materials, which have properties that are either better than their individual components or not found in the components. To date, a wide range of components have been used to produce hybrids with graphene or graphene related materials. In this book, only inorganic components will be discussed. Due to the huge number of references on these new hybrid materials, two chapters will be used to present them. This chapter will cover hybrids based on oxides, while those derived from other inorganic components, including metals, nanocarbons (non-graphene, e.g., carbon nanotubes or CNTs) and semiconductors, will be discussed in the next chapter.
