Abstract

This study combines microbial source tracking, pathogen analysis, and validated ultrafiltration technology with a solid 3-D modeling approach for a case study of San Pablo Bay. One of the outcomes of the project is a model for fate and transport of microbial markers that can be used directly in San Pablo Bay and, with some modifications, in other water bodies.
