Abstract
Well-patterned crystalline nanowire arrays of binary compound metal sulfides, CdS, ZnS, and In2S3, were synthesized for the first time employing a simple impregnation reaction procedure from two separate precursors (metal and sulfur precursors) using mesoporous SBA-15 as a hard template.
