Abstract

We demonstrate a passively Q-switched Tm:KLuW microchip laser with SA based on MoS2 layer grown by cold-wall chemical vapor deposition technique (CWCVD). Laser generates pulses with 1.4 J and 310 ns at 330 kHz.
