Abstract
This paper studies and analyzes the performance of Space-Time coding (STC) with Channel-matched Viterbi decoding in frequency-selective multipath fading channel. Under the assumption that the perfect channel information is available to the receiver, we prove that Space-Time codes designed for flat fading channel can achieve additional diversity in frequency selective multipath fading channel. Using computer simulation, the analysis results are confirmed.
