Abstract

Kesterite Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) thin films were prepared by a low-cost, simple and environmental-friendly hybrid ink method. The hybrid ink was prepared by mixing nanoparticle ink with molecular solution. Compared with nanoparticle ink or molecular solution-based CZTSSe thin film, hybrid ink-based CZTSSe thin film was better in terms of crystalline, uniform, compact and crack-free. The hybrid ink-derived solar cell with an efficiency of 6.39% was obtained.
