Abstract
Milbreta et al. demonstrate that the non-viral delivery of miR-219 and miR-338 using a hybrid electrospun fiber-hydrogel scaffold can promote the survival of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs) in a lacerated spinal cord. Besides that, this cocktail can enhance the rate and extent of OPC differentiation and subsequent remyelination in the implant interface and within the scaffold.
