Abstract

This paper focuses on the improvement of chip to chip wireless interconnect developed previously by C. Brun and al. [11]. A 200 GHz coplanar waveguide (CPW)-fed carbon nanotube (CNT) array antenna have been developed. The simulated array antenna shows a -2dB gain in the main direction. An improvement compared to the -5 dB gain shown by a single antenna.
