Abstract

The Industry 4.0 is characterized by a fusion of technologies that is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and cyber. It makes the mechanical processing more and more autonomous. A big challenge we must face is the security on the cyber-physical system and the Internet of Things. The threats come from the viruses, hackers, the reliability and stability for critical machine-to-machine communication and etc. So we must monitor the procedures of the Machining Centers to confirm it working on demand. We set three sensors on the Machining Centers, including one microphone and two accelerators. The data from the sensors is analyzed, including feature extracting, dimensionality reduction, and data clustering.
