Dr Tan Boon Seng is passionate in teaching microeconomics and its application -- such as cost benefit analysis and personnel economics -- at the Nanyang Centre of Public Administration. Unsurprisingly, his research applies economic reasoning to the analysis of business and policy issues, and is published in peer-reviewed and professional journals. Dr Tan obtained his PhD (in business), MBA and BSc (Pharmacy) from the National University of Singapore.
